My new favourite White Sourdough in Winnipeg. I have visited White Birch Bakery A few times since they have opened and I was extremely happy with my experience each time. The White Sourdough is amazing and makes a great grilled cheese sandwich! They also have the best Banana Bread I have had from a bakery, it is as good as homemade. Today I also tried a latte and it was delicious. The staff are unbelievably friendly and are so helpful. The only down side to this bakery I have found so far is it’s not open on Sunday and Monday.

Really an incredible bakery. They have a smell selection of baked goods but what they do, they do well. Croissants are out of this world and everything is always baked fresh daily. Always super friendly, girlfriend loves coming here.
