We had a yummy lunch today at this place, the owners are so welcoming and went through the menu with us. This is our first time visiting, the food is amazing, large portion and special. We ordered the spinach classic, the labneh with mixed veggie classic and cappuccino. I love the color tone of the whole restaurant, it’s comfortable! Will definitely be going back with my little one on our next visit! Worth trying something special and new!

Our first visit and the owners were very nice and offered to walk us through the menu and made recommendations to help us decide. Delicious food and large portions, good size to share. We ordered a desert to split and Turkish coffee as well as two main entries and had a full box of delicious leftovers to take home. Lovely clean and modern looking space with cute decorations, defiantly will be back! Also halal. Thank you for having us!

The food is outstanding, and the owners are incredibly friendly. As someone Asian and unfamiliar with Middle Eastern cuisine, I really appreciated how he patiently explained everything to me. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the very next day, and he even remembered us and surprised us with a free cake as a gift.

We visited WinniBakes, Laventine Bakery in Winnipeg and tried their new exotic shawarma pie. The place looks very nice, with a clean and welcoming ambience. They have a big oven, and everything is made fresh when you order. The lady owner was very funny and friendly. She told us, “I am the soul of this idea, and my husband is the manager. A happy wife is equal to a happy life.” It showed how much heart they put into their food and service. The shawarma pie was full of flavor, with a perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. Service was excellent, and the owners made the whole experience feel warm and personal.

It's not at my end of town but worth the drive. The owners are super friendly and take the time to describe their food. They clearly take pride in what they make and it reflects in how everything tastes.

Give it a try. You'd be supporting a local business too.
