Wonder Donuts

Holy cow! Walking into this place is like walking into heaven... it smells so sweet! The donuts were very fluffy/airy and fresh even at nearly 3 PM on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered half a dozen random donuts to share with my partner and we enjoyed all of them. Service was friendly and quick, but the donuts were sort of pricey (over $27+ tip for half a dozen). There were several savory items and coffee drinks as well, but I didn't try any of those on this visit. They had a 5% off + 6 free donut holes for in-store purchases, and the donut holes were automatically added without needing to ask, which was nice! I thought the donut with the maple leaf cookie would be filled, but it was a regular chocolate glaze decorated with a cookie over the hole. We will go back!

Visit this place after my friend told me about it. Can't believe i didnt know about this place sooner! What an amazing hidden gem. I got the moon filled chocolate donut with custard cream and it was 10/10. Filled to order and it was soft and fresh and the filling was so good. I was going to bring the other donut home to eat later but it was so good and i couldnt wait so i ate the second one too! The dancing twist was soft and sweet with cinnamon sugar. W ordered lattes to go with it and enjoyed it outside on the little patio. Will definitely be back to try the other flavours.

This is one of the best donut place, lattes and I recommend it. The service was excellent and provided samples. We ordered 6 piece set (chocolate classic, strawberry filled, matcha, apple fritter and twisted) and it was all excellent, soft and was freshly baked. As for lattes, I recommend vanilla latte.

What an adorable “house” exterior for a local donut shop! The original glaze is very soft/pillowy and the apple fritter is huge with very crispy outside and soft inside. The cinnamon roll is the same, was quite soft even after 1-2 days! Usually would be stale but it was still ok.
It’s owned by a Korean couple and they’re super sweet. The young male cashier employee was very patient and enthusiastic as well. The location is a not in a high traffic area, but within a quiet neighbourhood, but it’s worth a visit.

Wonder Donuts is such a nice little donut shop in Discovery Ridge. Whether stopping in for a treat or even a quick coffee on the way, the service is always great and the treats are perfect. The only hard part is selecting from the immense varieties, which isn't so tough when picking up an early morning order for the office.
