Behzad who delivered my order was awesome, got my order to me in my chosen delivery window and had to drive quite a ways to my delivery address. Reason why this is not 5 star is the confusion on the website and chat system. Even though I chose an available morning delivery time for a birthday, on the website my order said it was going to be delivered at 3:30pm. When I went on the website chat service to inquire, I just kept getting a generic chatbot message that they would respond to me in 15 mins. After leaving my e-mail, surprise no response after 2 hours. After assuming the order would just arrive late at 3:30pm and preparing for disappointment, Behzad shows up with my order within my morning delivery window. So great job from Behzad, but really confusing and frustrating experience with the website, communication and support.
