Sooo good!!! I've only tried the mousse and cheese cake styles here but the fresh mango cream cake was a league above the others. The owner lady was super sweet and let me sample some of their cake too! It was packed with mangoes both inside and outside, and the sponge was fluffy and delicious 🤤. This cake is only available from March - July - make sure to try one! Their fresh mango cream pie hits the spot too and is only $15!

Called in to make cake orders and it was an easy process - owners speak in Cantonese and English - polite and well mannered.

The shop itself is small but holds items such as prepared cakes to go, single cake slices and also cookies of different kinds (all homemade of course). Trying their cakes and cookies (sesame seaweed snaps, mooncakes, fresh fruit chestnut cake and green tea fruit cake), there has been nothing but great experiences with them.

You can pay as you pick up or if you're ordering in person, pay ahead if you like. Very reasonable pricing (dependent on what you're buying - more fresh fruit or mousse based). The cakes didn't come off as too sweet and was perfect for the Asian style cake I was looking for. I also appreciated that there was more cake than whip cream - ratio was perfect. Would definitely order from here again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Yamato Bakery for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The cheesecake was a standout, perfectly balanced in sweetness and absolutely delicious. The pies and cookies did not disappoint either, each one was flavorful and left me wanting more!

But what truly made my visit special was the friendly and welcoming service. The lady who runs the place, I believe, is the one who bakes these delightful treats. Her passion for baking is evident in every bite. I highly recommend Yamato Bakery to anyone looking for homemade, quality baked goods. Can't wait for my next visit!

The best Durian cake I have ever try for so long. The owner is so nice and help me order the best cake for my baby 1st birthday. The cake is savory sweet enough and so many durian meat inside thank u so much for a wonderful cake we will come back again and again for sure

I have been a customer for many years and the cake quality and presentation are always top notch. I like how they use different fruits and other toppings designed slightly different everytime (macarons, fruits, chocolate pringles, etc).

The person who helped me i believe is the owner when i called to order in advanced a cake. Upon arrival she had it ready for the date and time i mentioned i would pick up. She is lovely and made sure that i was happy with the cake before paying. Also appreciate disclosing what ingredients were used and asked if anyone had any allergies. I highly recommend this bakery for desserts and to support a local small business. The fresh mango or mango cheese cakes are always a hit for us! Very happy customer and will continue to come back.
